Crepes with cheese and cherry jam with apple

CREPES WITH CREAM CHEESE AND CHERRY JAM
Ingredients for 6 people
For the crepes:
150 gr. flour 3 eggs
1 / 4 pint of milk
50 gr. butter
50 gr.
sugar a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brandy
For the filling:

cherry jam cheese spreads

Preparation : To make the crepes, melt the butter and set aside. Beat eggs with flour, milk, salt, sugar and brandy. When well blended add the melted butter and beat again. Leave stand at least half an hour. Once past the standing time, lightly grease a pan for pancakes and go throwing scoops of dough to be shaping the crepes. As they get the crepes save between two plates to keep dry.
