BBD 34. Whit bread grains, flour and bread with three four seeds


From the September event was not done baking bread called BBD, the reason is simply the conclusion otubre on 16 World Bread Day as always remind Fox is responsible for its Marville blog. PAN WITH THREE MEALS AND FOUR SEEDS
Ingredients for 6 persons: 200 gr
. strong flour (wheat) 150 gr
. of flour (wheat) 150 gr
.
rye flour 30 gr. yeast
bakery fresh 12 gr.
salt 40 gr.
sunflower seeds 40 gr. Sesame
40 gr. flaxseed
40 gr-poppy seed
5 gr.
sugar 1 dl. and 1 / 2 water 1 dl
. and 1 / 2 of milk

Preparation: Place the bowl of a blender or bowl to knead by hand the three kinds of flour and crumble fresh yeast in them. Then add the sugar, water and milk and knead for several minutes. Then add the salt and knead again. Mix in a bowl of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds and poppy seeds and add to batter half of the mixture. Give a couple of laps with kneading attachment to prevent seeds from being eroded. Remove the dough and leave in block well covered, 10 minutes. After this time, despite lots of 65-70 gr. and bowling well. Let stand again 15 minutes and then brush lightly with water and pass through the seed mix. Place on baking trays lined with paper on a warm, still air, until they have doubled their volument. Once the appropriate volume bake at 200 º C for 20 minutes. It is good to put a container with some water in the oven to give them some steam. Once cooked, remove from oven and cool completely on rack before eating.
